Event Details and Registration

EARLY CHECK IN is from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. You will check in and receive your t-shirt at SynergyFx, 8815 Columbia 100 Parkway, Suite 2, Columbia, MD 21045. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class you plan to take. For example, if you plan to take the 9:30 AM SPROING class, please arrive no later than 9:15 AM.

WHO CAN COME? We welcome men, women and children 12 years of age and older accompanied by an adult.

WHAT TO BRING? Wear loose, comfortable workout clothing. Bring a towel and water – you can purchase water on site and there are water fountains. Participants in all workout classes must wear supportive workout shoes.

CAN I DROP IN WITHOUT MAKING A RESERVATION?  If you don’t want to go to class, and just want to donate and participate in the festivities you are more than welcome. If you want to drop-in and take a class, you would only be able to take a class if space was still available. Zumba has a larger class limit (50) so you may be able to drop-in without a reservation. Because all other classes have small class sizes, we recommend that you reserve your spot.

HOW DO I RESERVE?  To reserve a spot in class, you must first register and make a donation. Once you have done so, you can call 410 964-9858 or email info@synergyfxfit.com  to reserve a spot in any class. In addition to indicating the class and time that you want to attend, you need to provide your full name, cell phone number and email address to make a reservation. You can attend more than one class; you should reserve for both.

For Sproing reservations: in addition to the name and time of the class, your full name, email address and cell phone number, we need your age, gender and weight. We need this additional info to prepare your MyZone heart rate monitor that is used in Sproing. 

You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is successful.

If you need to cancel, please cancel by 6:00PM Friday, October 4, 2019, so we have time to notify people on our wait list. 

Please be early so you can be processed for class. If you are late, you may lose your slot in class.

A $25 minimum donation is suggested. Teams set their own team and per person fundraising goal. Of course, any donation is greatly appreciated.
